Let us help you create the perfect party

Collaboration

Whether you know exactly what you want or need advice, we are here every step of the way. You can be as involved (or hands off) as you want!

Invitations

Get the party started the moment your guests recieve their invites! Completely unique, interactive, and handmade, HLC invitations are sure to delight.

Decorations

All of your party needs, from banners to cupcake toppers can be designed to create a cohesive look for your event.

Materials

Cardstock, acrylic, wood, foam – if you dream it, we can use it! Our large selection of materials helps bring your dream to life.

Sustainability

We are always looking for creative ways to lessen our footprint. Using recycled materials (think Amazon boxes for product packaging) and compostable shipping bags, we aim to make the world a bit happier and less dirty.

About Happy Little Chaos

When Kate couldn’t find any invitations for her daughter, son, and nephew’s joint birthday party, she decided to make her own. From that point on, she has loved creating unexpected invitations and thoughtful details that make little parties feel like very big deals.

After officially launching in 2020 (perfect timing for a party business), she has expanded her offerings to include digital art and craft kits, all to fit the mission of making the world a bit happier.

Sustainability

Packaging

Repurposing is the name of the game here at Happy Little Chaos. The Pampers box from my too-stubborn-to-potty-train son is turned into part of the packaging for your invitations. Junk mail and scraps of paper are shredded to protect your acrylic cake topper in its box. Most mailers and bags are compostable.

One of our core values is to leave the world a happier, healthier place. In everything we do, we seek to find ways to make them more easy on the earth.

Paper

Every inch of paper is used – if there’s enough leftover from a project it’s preserved for future crafts. If there isn’t enough to save, then it hits the shredder to become packaging.

One of our goals for 2022 is to make our own paper. Handmade paper is an excellent way to reuse paper, and each sheet is unique. It is our hope that we will be able to add seeds so that it can not only be composted, but will flower.

What's up next?

We are looking into a way to make items even more reusable so that they can have life beyond your event. There is also a recycling program in the works where you can return used items that will either get recycled by us or could be donated to other families. We would love to be able to spread a bit of happiness wherever we can!
